Research Paper Submission Information
· FULL paper submissions are invited from professional communicators, faculty members, graduate students and/or undergraduate students and should be relevant to the field of agricultural communications and ACE membership to be considered for review. Selections will be made from these submissions for the conference agenda through a double-blind, peer-review process. Abstract submissions are not accepted.

POSTERS

POSTER INFORMATION
Posters provide a unique and informal means for researchers, practitioners, and students to share their work and interests. There are two categories for posters:
· Innovative idea posters must be a new idea or the creative modification of an existing idea or process.
· Research posters must be related to a problem, demonstrate a need for research, and implement the research process.

OUTSTANDING RESEARCH PROPOSALS
Deadline: 11:59 p.m. ET, Friday, February 16, 2024
Submit proposals to: Dr. Cara Lawson, lawson.182@osu.edu
Eligibility
· Students may submit FULL research proposals that are focused on research related to communications in agriculture and/or natural resources (maximum of 20 pages, not including references and appendices).
· Students may submit original research proposed as part of a thesis, dissertation or another research project created between the dates of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
· A graduate student must be listed as the principal investigator, including research proposal that are not part of a thesis or dissertation.
· Each institution may submit up to two proposals for consideration.
· The graduate student author or at least one members of their committee must be a current ACE member

OUTSTANDING THESES & DISSERTATIONS
Deadline: 11:59 p.m. ET, Friday, February 16, 2024
Submit to: Dr. Cara Lawson, lawson.182@osu.edu
Eligibility
· Master’s and doctoral students completing a thesis/dissertation with a publication date between January 1 and December 31, 2023 will be considered for the 2024 award competition.
· One nominee (for each category: thesis and dissertation) will be accepted per institution each year. Institutional nominations shall be determined using procedures developed by the degree-related graduate faculty at each respective institution.
· At least one of the members of the committee or the nominated student must be a current ACE member
