Cancellations must be submitted in writing by May 15, 2026, to be eligible for a refund, less a $25 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
Registrants who do not submit a written cancellation by May 15 are responsible for the full registration fee, regardless of attendance.
ACE is not responsible for participant cancellations, delays, or failure to attend due to weather conditions, flight disruptions, or other transportation-related issues beyond its control.
